Dale United Methodist Church

Strategic Planning Session

                                Welcome to Dale

            Wednesday, January 18, 2017 @ 7pm Dale UMC.

We will continue last week's discussion of the impact of United Nation's Resolution 2334, from which the United State's abstain from voting on December 24, 2016, and what that could mean for the fulfillment of Bible Prophecy! You dare not miss this important discussion.

The Vision in Missions (VIM) trip was attended by St. Paul UM Church, Odessa and Dale UM Church. They went to Oak Hill, West Virginia. The mission was for flood relief and recovery. Dale members Clarence Perkins (chaperone) and Darryl Wilson, Jr (youth missionary) supported this relief effort.

Dale endeavors to be a Safe Sanctuary for all children and youth who attend our church.  This policy will be reviewed and expanded in the near future.  Parents please accompany your children to the restrooms and other sections of the church.  Two adults must be present at all times during any church sponsored program, event or ministry involving children and/or youth.

Thank you for your giving! We are seeing an increase in our Tithes and Offerings. Those of you who have not yet began to tithe, but want to "prove God in the tithe," can do so by using an Tithe or Offering envelope, dating the envelope and placing the initials "NT" next to your name on the envelope.

Vision: L.O.V.E. Love, Obedience, Visitation, Evangelism

Pastor Ken and the First Lady appreciate all that participated in the Strategic Planning Session. Your input and participation in our next steps will be critical to the fulfillment of our Mission in 2017.

For the word of God is alive and powerful. It is sharper than the sharpest two-edged sword, cutting between soul and spirit, between joint and marrow. It exposes our innermost thoughts and desires.
